I VOTE BECAUSE...

A non-partisan campaign to register voters & get out the vote in 2018

Voter turnout is grim: More than 200 million Americans were eligible to vote in 2016 but only 59 percent made it to the polls. In the 2014  midterm election only 37 percent turned out, the lowest in 70 years.

For a democracy to thrive, we the people need to exercise our right to vote and make our voices heard.

PROOF has launched I VOTE BECAUSE..., a public service ad campaign with a call to action for individuals to register to vote and to go to the polls on election day. These ads will appear on television and in social media; on the sides of buses, subways and bus stops; in houses of worship; and on the walls of schools and community centers.
