Jonathan Blaustein has exhibited his work widely in the US, and is included in several important collections, including the Brooklyn Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, Library of Congress, the State of New Mexico, Museum of Photographic Arts, San Diego, University of New Mexico Art Museum, and the New Mexico Museum of Art among others.
Pieces from the collection “The Value of a Dollar" are included in "The Economy of Food," exhibit at the Bronx River Art Center in NYC through June 20th. One of his photos will be included in "in illo tempore," a group show at The Art Shack in Madrid, NM curated by Chuck Zimmer of New Mexico Arts opening July 25th.
In March, Blaustein was interviewed by PBS New Mexico, in a segment featuring his project, “The Value of a Dollar.” He was subsequently interviewed by Joseph Mora for the Edible Santa Fe website.
Several from his series, "MINE," were included in "Fraction of a Second," a two-venue photography exhibition in Albuquerque. His photos will be at 516 Arts, and at a companion Fraction show at the UNM Art Museum. He will also be included in Fraction of a Second’s hard cover catalog.
